 W.T.P.L. (Woof Trade Publishing Limited) was created in 1991 by The Barking Dogs group to MANAGE all their rights and PRODUCE their albums.
 W.T.P.L. then COMMERCIALIZED dices departure the produced albums by working with several distributors of epoch (New Rose, Mass media 7, WMD).
 The Barking Dogs career stop puts activity in sleep quality-label. W.T.P.L. signs some artists in edition she accompanies at best (Marcel and her Orchestra, Useless, Belles Lurettes, Jan Steho, PPz30). Production reboots at the beginning of 2000s with Mangoreva, Unswabbed and Obdurate.
 In 2005, in the course of the production of the albums of the M.P.B. (Ministry of Popular Business) and Axiom, it is decided to unite the party very quality-label under the name BOOSTER rocket, without creating a new society out of necessity. It is therefore the mark inside W.T.P.L. which allows at first to identify the subject of dialogue on a plan.

 All produced albums are signed in licence with different QUALITY-LABELS (PIAS, Universal, XIII Bis, M10, M6). In 2006, Tétard signed in edition to W.T.P.L. for the first two albums meets without quality-label at the time of coming back in studio with Gaétan Roussel and Robin of Louise Attaque. To allow the assemblage of plan in good condition, an agreement of exclusive distribution is signed with PIAS FRANCE.
 It allows since 2007 to be AUTONOMOUS on physical marketing in France, when they do not find discographique partner for the plans of our artists.
 Since 2008, seen explosion among digital platforms, in one worries of optimization, we concluded a partnership with BELIEVE for numerical sales, then IODA for the USA.
 Today BOOSTER rocket is distributed in several countries as the Switzerland, Germany / Austria, the Benelux, Canada, Japan, etc...
